Our driver CJ does a great taking care of our water needs. We have a very large team hear and whether it's during summer or winter there are never any issues with ensuring we have the proper amount of water on hand considering our usage us up and down throughout the year. CJ is very professional and friendly with our team members around the office. His prompt and consistent delivery schedule makes it easy for us to know when to expect our water delivery on a weekly basis.

CJ is a wealth of information and helped me order BIRM so I could re-bed my Iron Filter my self, I had a few technical questions and he answered all of them so I could do a professional job and save some hard earned cash of which I love to take CJ to lunch !!!!!Not many customer service oriented guys left and he is ONE GOOD GUY!

I meet with several companies before deciding which product to purchase, including a whole house reverse osmosis system, a salt free system and a competitor of American Aqua. Don, the sales person from American Aqua was by far the most knowledgeable. After deciding to go with American Aqua the scheduling and installation went very smoothly with minimal disruption to me. Don also assisted with the installation, along with Adam. They were very professional and completed the task quickly. I highly recommend them.

American Aqua is a great company! Their customer service, especially Adam, is amazing and so easy to work with! They are very reasonable with cost and always willing to go above and beyond! Adam was really good at explaining all of our options and is super knowledage when it comes to your water! We had them at our old house in Fowlerville where the iron was terrible. As soon as they installed our system our water was clear as day! They were one of our very first calls when we moved into our new home and saw even a little bit of iron in the toilets. We highly recommend them!

Nancy and CJ at American Aqua are awesome! Nancy was super helpful and knowledgeable as she shared the process of choosing the water system that would be best for our needs. She came over on a day where our son was a little sick, and we hadn’t slept well the night before so we weren’t sure how the visit would go! Nancy was so warm and kind, that our toddler felt so comfortable despite being sick and he even wanted to show her his toys! When she returned for the final paperwork, it felt like one of his aunties came by—so easy. CJ was also a super friendly person, and worked quickly despite our cramped cabinet. He even let our son peek at his tools! After the install, when I had a question about the bubbles in the water (a natural occurrence), Nancy was very prompt and knowledgeable in her response. I cannot recommend them enough!

American Aqua is the only place around us that sells Dura-Cube. Once I got to the place I was able to pull right in and open the back of my car so they could load it. Shannon loaded it for me so I was in and out very quickly, no fuss!

I have been dealing with American Aqua for the past 20 years. Nancy is very professional, friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond for us. She helped us first by getting us our water softener unit. If we run across any issues she is ready to help us find a solutions either by phone or by sending someone out to look at it. When we started our salt delivery, which was a big time saver for us, she was able to help us determine how much we needed and if it needed to be adjusted, all we had to do is call. I would highly recommend Nancy and this company as well as all of their staff.

My iron was so bad I was scrubbing my toilets and showers twice a week. I now have a Iron filter from American Aqua and I haven't scrubbed a thing since. Couldn't be happier.

We have water coolers all over where I work and I'm in charge of ordering replacement filters. I order a big bulk of filters from American Aqua every year. My Sales Rep. Nancy is SUPER!She's very nice, knows exactly what I need. I get my filters when I need them. I only speak to her once a year and she remembers me every time. Love doing business with American Aqua!
