I've been with American Aqua for over 14 years, and have been pleased with the service they deliver. They are always quick to diagnose and fix any problem I may have. I've worked with Adam for many... years. He knows the issues I have and is quick to come up with a solution. Customer service was outstanding. Jacob who installed our new service is very aware of the systems and installation was amazing.Definitely would recommend American Aqua.

I am super impressed with Adam from American Aqua. I work in an industry where I encounter plumbers on a daily basis, but I've never met a plumber like Adam. Getting our water softener installed was... a month-long ordeal for a variety of outside reasons, none of which were the fault of American Aqua. Adam was beyond patient and kind, answered questions, and he clearly takes pride in his work. I'll be recommending him to anyone I can from here on out. I just can't say enough good things. Great company. Although I did not have American Aqua install my equipment, Adam and team were extremely helpful with getting me the correct equipment for my water, answering questions, and even came... back for initial setup. Would recommend them to anyone looking for softening and filtering equipment/services.read more
