I am super impressed with Adam from American Aqua. I work in an industry where I encounter plumbers on a daily basis, but I've never met a plumber like Adam. Getting our water softener installed was... a month-long ordeal for a variety of outside reasons, none of which were the fault of American Aqua. Adam was beyond patient and kind, answered questions, and he clearly takes pride in his work. I'll be recommending him to anyone I can from here on out. I just can't say enough good things. Great company. Although I did not have American Aqua install my equipment, Adam and team were extremely helpful with getting me the correct equipment for my water, answering questions, and even came... back for initial setup. The gentlemen (CJ M and Percy O) rom American Aqua that rebedded our water filtering tanks were great! They called before they came and arrived on time. They were extremely knowledgeable and... professional about what they were doing. They were careful about leaving everything clean and the work fully completed.
