310 Unit Apartment Building

A large 310 unit apartment complex in Ann Arbor MI was recently built without a softener to treat the incoming water. The incoming hard water is ruining fixtures, plumbing, and heat exchangers throughout the facility. The heat exchangers alone cost $30,000 every three years to replace. American Aqua proposed a twin progressive flow 10 cu. ft. softener system. This system will minimize and eliminate several costs associated with poor water quality. American Aqua also proposed our salt delivery and brine tank filling option. With our Water Management Program option, payback will be immediate and there will be no concerns regarding system maintenance.
